My first 'freehand' project, meaning I just made it up as I went along. This was my third try!! My first two curled terribly
I used 1 skein of Lion Brand® Chenille Thick & Quick® Yarn
on my small blue kk loom I used the knit and purl stitch, if you are unsure how to do this on a kk loom check out Isela's Youtube video HERE
cast on 16
row 1 - knit
row 2 - purl
row 3 - k
row 4 - p
row 5 - k
row 6- p p p.. knit rest row... p p p
row 7 - k entire row
repeat 6 & 7 to length
the fringe was done by pulling a length through the bottom edge, letting it twist on itself, then taking the remaining length and tying the twisted part into a slipknot. I worked on this forever but love how it turned out.
The yarn is really not fun to work with but OH so soft but I don't think it would hold up to any type of washing though

OK so this isn't exactly an afghan, it looks more like a scarf but I am just going to call it a car seat afghan! I used my blue long loom and 2 strands of baby soft yarn (1 skein), I forget what stitch I used.
